We had the opportunity to meet Maryann when we purchased our Villa at Bella Sirena Resort in 2018. Maryann was extremely informative, professional and honest. The air conditioning in the Villa needed to be replaced prior to purchasing, and she immediately stood up, and purchased out her own budget new splits for the Villa. Years later, Maryann continuously goes beyond her job, and has helped us more times than I can say. Just the other day, she went out of her busy schedule to help us with a problem that we had in the Villa. She is always resourceful, knowledgeable and kind. She is a great resource!! She stand for the people. She cares, and loves her job. I highly recommend her to anyone that asks me about purchasing property in Puerto Penasco, Mexico.
